Kaptur pays tribute to Ameena Okuyeva, Ukrainian activist who was killed

Kaptur took to the House floor to pay tribute to a freedom fighter and beloved mother for her country Ukraine, Ameena Okuyeva. On October 30th in a cowardly act, hitmen fired on Ameena and her husband, Adam Osmayev, from the bushes as they drove by. Ameena was fatally, struck in the head. Kaptur urged for peace and accountability of those who killed Ameena.
