Accounting assistant needed

Trucking company is looking to hire full time person in Billing / Payroll department.

Main functions:
- prepare and process invoices
- monitor and follow up on aging report and payment status with factoring company
- process Driver and Owner Operator Settlements

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in trucking industry
- fluent verbal and writing English and Russian/Uktainian
- basic knowledge of Quick Books
